The use of plastic has grown extensively in recent years all over the world. It is inexpensive and easily available can be moulded into any shape. However, nonbiodegradable; it causes pollution create difficulties managing even for a wealthy nation. purpose this study was to investigate environment-friendly potential demonstrate usefulness sand bricks as alternative structural elements, replacing standard clay brick. physical mechanical properties were studied different ratios 1 : 3, 4, 5 by their weight, using binder. Moreover, thermal resistance test, split tensile strength penetration Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy performed. concluded that brick depends upon uniformity mixture increases when ratio increased 4 from 3. Any increase or decrease found reduce strength. All showed zero water absorption nil efflorescence.
